DP Group was established more than 25 years ago with a mission to strengthen the infrastructure of Chhattisgarh. The journey began with bridge construction projects and gradually expanded into major building and civil infrastructure developments across Raipur city.
With the transition to the next generation, DP Group has expanded its presence across Chhattisgarh with ongoing projects in Raipur, Raigarh, Bilaspur, Durg, Bhoramdeo, and Naya Raipur.
In 2019, DP Group entered the premium residential segment with PIC HEIGHTS, an exclusive residential colony featuring 48 selected units offered through an invite-only concept.
Continuing its growth in real estate, DP Group launched its flagship township project EKAANT in Naya Raipur, a premium residential development spread across 15 acres featuring more than 300 thoughtfully designed homes.
Today, DP Group focuses on government civil contracts, infrastructure development, and premium real estate projects that combine quality, innovation, and long-term value.
